Sharon and Steve's art is an exploration in glass, metal, wood and stone. Their studio houses large working spaces with forges and kilns, a gallery, and a sculpture garden overlooking a woodland meadow.

JD lives in Kimball MN, where he and his wife Megan Jorgenson run Maine Prairie Studio, a community ceramic art studio and gallery. JD's ceramic work is a reflection of the source material - the true beauty of the clay itself, unglazed and raw, interacting with fire, charcoal and atmosphere in a wood burning kiln.

Megan creates functional and sculptural ceramics, with an emphasis on the relationship between surface and form. Her practice is fed by a curiosity about forming and firing methods, as well as the application of two dimensional processes on clay.

Jim designs and builds custom furniture and mixed media sculpture. 

Mary creates artistic and functional felt, from sturdy rugs to lightweight silk and felt scarves, everything is made with an eye to detail and a deep love for the history of felt-making.
